Kerry - Personal Assistant
Kerry is the personal assistant to Dr Erin Ratahi. Based at the Southern Cross Northland Surgical Centre, she manages all the administrative duties of the practice. She will be your first point of contact from the time of your referral to us. From making your initial appointment through to referring for investigations, scheduling surgery, and addressing ACC issues, Kerry will assist you with your concerns from beginning to end.

Leanne - Registered Nurse
Leanne is a registered nurse who trained in Auckland. She is married to Dr Ratahi and assists in his Kaikohe and Waipapa clinics. Leanne also works as a staff nurse on the surgical wards at Whangarei Hospital.
